FLANNEL BOARD WORKSHOP

A flannel board, also known as a felt board or story board, is a teaching aid or storytelling tool used in classrooms or children's settings. It typically consists of a flat board covered with a layer of flannel or felt fabric, onto which felt cutouts or other objects can be attached. The board is usually mounted on a stand or easel and can be used to visually depict a variety of concepts, stories, or lessons.

so our method teacher Dr. Anna Neena George had organised a workshop on flannel board. The resource person invited for the program was Mr. Diptej Vernekar, professor in GVM's Dr. Dada Vaidya College of Education. Sir initially gave a presentation on Flannel Board and its description, uses etc. Later he taught us how to prepare one flannel board ourselves and we made it during the workshop.

MY ACTIVITY
As sir Diptej has explained us very well about the flannel board so we had to prepare the teaching materials ourselves. so I have prepared a digestion process.Digestion is the process by which food is broken down into smaller molecules that can be absorbed and used by the body. It begins in the mouth and continues through the digestive system until the nutrients are absorbed into the bloodstream and transported to cells throughout the body. so this activity was very helpful for me during my internship. As it help in demostrating the cycles and process to students. And also students learn to fast.
